Refund policy
Credits are not cash. $STICKEY transfers that we verify and credit are not redeemable back to tokens from this app. Token refunds, if any, are a manual treasury operation by the operator, not an in-app withdrawal.

| You refuse to sign the purchase | No transfer, no credits |
| Insufficient $STICKEY or SOL | No credits. Network fees may still be charged by Solana if a transaction lands |
| We verified the transfer and credited you | Credits stay in the wallet ledger. No token refund |
| We received a matching payment and the app was down | We still credit once after verification |
| Failed placement (slot changed, own note, paused, and similar) | 0 credits spent |
| Successful placement later covered, expired, or hidden | No credit return |
| Unexpected or unmatched incoming transfer | Held for review. Email support@stickeynotes.me with the signature |
