Terms of service
These terms govern Stickey Wars on stickynotes.me, a 69-slot public fridge operated by the operator of stickynotes.me. By signing in, buying credits, or placing a note you agree to them. The contract is with you, the person who controls the wallet.
The product
You buy prepaid credits with $STICKEY on the configured Solana cluster, then spend those credits to post or cover a note on a numbered slot. Empty slots cost 1 credit. Covering someone else’s note costs 3 credits. You cannot cover your own note or edit a published note. A successful placement is protected for 5 minutes and expires after 24 hours. Other people may cover you after the shield drops. We do not promise a note stays on top, unobscured, or next to content you like.
Credits
Credits are a prepaid display right on this fridge. They are not $STICKEY, are not transferable, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be redeemed for money or tokens. They do not expire in this version. Buying credits does not reserve a slot. A failed placement spends nothing. A successful placement spends its fee even if the note is later covered, expires, or is hidden.
Wallet sign-in
You sign in with a Solana wallet. Connecting and signing the sign-in message does not spend tokens or credits. Your public identity is a shortened wallet address. Activity is not anonymous. You must be 18 or over.
Your content
Notes are plain text only: 1–140 characters, at most three line breaks, no HTML, links, or attachments. You warrant that you have the right to publish the text and that it is lawful. You indemnify the operator of stickynotes.me against claims arising from your note. We may hide notes and pause placements or purchases.
Payments
Token transfers go to the disclosed treasury token account. Network fees are extra SOL charged by Solana, not by us. We credit your wallet only after an independently verified finalized transfer that matches the stored purchase. A browser popup is not proof of payment.
Service quality
The fridge is provided as is. There is no uptime guarantee. We may change prices, pause writing, or stop the service. House notes are operator-seeded and excluded from paid metrics.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the $STICKEY we actually received from you in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, lost business, or reputational harm.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring consumer claims in your home courts where that right cannot be waived.
